Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We have a 7 days return policy.
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a return
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@vastrika.store with your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2 business days.
- If approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at the provided return address. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- If the refund is delayed beyond this period, please check with your bank before contacting us.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at support@vastrika.store with a photo of the issue.
Exchanges and replacement will be provided within 7 Days.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
